We are looking for a LINE COOK (with grill experience).
Responsibilities:
Grill, cook, and assemble burgers, meats, and sandwiches.
Operate grill, flat top, and fryer safely and efficiently.
Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presentation.
Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized during service.
Set up and break down the grill station before and after shifts.
Communicate clearly with team members and work efficiently under pressure.
We are looking for a PREP COOK.
Responsibilities:
Wash, peel, and cut vegetables.
Portion ingredients for daily use (meats, sauces, toppings, etc.).
Prepare basic items such as sauces, and dressings.
Keep prep area clean and organized.
Assist the cook with restocking and cleaning during service.
Help with dishes and general kitchen tasks when needed.
Requirements:
Permission to work on the US
Ability to work in a fast environment.
Team player with a good attitude.
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Full Time
Ability to work on weekends

Locations: North Miami Beach or Hallandale
